Get ready to GO, GO, GO!!!

Attention all runners!!!  The 2012 Race for Grace has been scheduled for Sunday, September 9th at Patriot Park in Spotsylvania, Virginia.  As in years past, this race will be a great time for friends and family to support a great cause and help the GOCF reach our goals of serving the pediatric cancer community here and around the globe.

The 7th Annual Race for Grace will feature four events: The “Race for Grace 5K”, The Kid’s “Fireman Chase” 1-Miler, The 300(ish) yard “Rookie Run”, and the grueling “Extreme Firefighters 1-Miler” (XF1M).  Read more... (136 words, 1 image, estimated 33 secs reading time)

2012 GOCF Maryland Golf Tournament - Friday, May 11th, 2012 at 8AM

Calling all golfers!!!  The date has been set and registration is open for the 7th Annual Grace Oughton Cancer Foundation Maryland Golf Tournament.  Please put together your team for Friday May 11th and come out to Rocky Point Golf Club to support the Foundation’s work.  We are proud of what we have accomplished and excited about what 2012 will bring.  Be a part of it!!  See you there!

The 2011 Race for Grace

The 2011 Race for Grace events will take place on Sunday, September 11th at Patriot Park in Spotsylvania.  This year, in addition to the Race for Grace 5K Run/Walk and the Kid’s 1-Mile Fireman Chase, we are happy to announce the addition of two new events.

This year we will take care of the little ones by offering a 300(ish) yard dash called the Rookie Run.  This event is for all children five and under and will be in the same format as the Fireman Chase.  All registered participants will receive a special “Rookie” t-shirt and a medal.  Read more...
